Keyword grouping tool

Paste up to 2,000 keywords. The grouper finds your seed terms, then groups the rest by the most useful shared word. Each group is a candidate page or section.

Check real demand for these keywords

Open any keyword in SignalForge to see its volume index, difficulty, intent, live top-10 results and an AI content brief. You get 3 free previews a day, or 100 reports a day with a free account.

How it works

Keywords are lower-cased, stop words are removed and simple plurals and verb endings are normalized. Words that appear in most of the list are treated as the seed and ignored for grouping. Each keyword then joins the group of its most frequent remaining word. This is lexical grouping. SERP-overlap clustering, which groups keywords that rank the same URLs, is more accurate and is available in SignalForge (AI topic clusters) and SearchSignal Pro.

Frequently asked questions

What is keyword clustering?

Keyword clustering groups keywords that one page can target together, so you write one strong page instead of several thin ones that compete with each other.

Lexical grouping or SERP clustering: which should I use?

Lexical grouping is instant and free, and works well for a first pass. SERP clustering checks whether Google ranks the same pages for two keywords. It is more accurate but needs live SERP data for every keyword.

Is there a limit?

The tool handles up to 2,000 keywords per run in your browser.
